SERVICE DURATION
Fixed-Term Subscriptions
Our services are offered as fixed-term programs (such as 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day experiences). When you purchase a program, you are granted access for the full duration selected at the time of purchase. Access and communications will continue for the length of that term unless otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time; however, doing so does not cancel or shorten the agreed-upon service term. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse of the service.
Refunds
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of our services and immediate access to the program upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any unused portion of the service term.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that delivery and performance of communications may be affected by factors outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, emails being filtered into spam, junk, promotions, or other inbox folders, delays or failures in email delivery, and SMS messages being delayed, blocked, or not delivered due to mobile carrier restrictions, filtering, or third-party service limitations. You also acknowledge that message delivery may be impacted by your device settings, email or SMS provider policies, network availability, or incorrect or outdated contact information. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure consistent and reliable delivery of our services, we do not guarantee that all communications will be received or received in a timely manner. By participating in our services, you assume these risks and agree that we are not responsible for missed, delayed, or undelivered communications that may affect your experience.

SMS/TEXT MESSAGES
SMS Program Description
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Daily Anchor, you agree to receive service-related messages including reminders, accountability check-ins, and responses related to your selected program. These messages are designed to support your participation and engagement.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After opting out you'll receive a confirmation message and then you will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you re-enroll.
Help and Support
For assistance, you may reply “HELP” to any message or contact us through the information provided on our website. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to your request in a timely manner.
Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and may be impacted by factors outside of our control.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received, as determined by your mobile carrier. You are responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
Recurring Messages Discolsure
By opting in, you acknowledge that you will receive recurring messages for the duration of your selected program. Message frequency may vary but typically includes periodic reminders and check-ins aligned with the service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content associated with Daily Anchor, including written materials, emails, and system design, is the property of Daily Anchor and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Anchor and its owners and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our services.
Our services are provided for informational and accountability purposes only and do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. You acknowledge that your progress and results depend on your own actions and circumstances, and we are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your use of the services.
