Each day, you'll receive a morning reminder to set your intention and an evening check-in to track whether you followed through.

How It Works...

    • Examples: No caffeine for one week, Skip fast food, drink more water, read the bible for 10 minutes a day, hit the gym daily...

  • Receive morning reminders via email or SMS

  • Respond to evening check-ins with YES or NO

  • Track your consistency over time.
