At the moment this tool is best used for a single goal at a time. We recommend introducing one clear and achievable goal at a time and build upon your growth instead of trying to take multiple goals at once.
There's a wide range of opinion on this topic and the reason behind that is the complexity of the habit you are trying to establish or break. Two months tends to be a well rounded number before it becomes automatic if you are consistently and intentionally following through every day.
We will be incorporating 3 month & 6 month options in the second half of 2026. We are currently encouraging people to first attempt the 7 day option then moving onto the 14 day option and rounding off with the 30 day option. Statistically we know that many people will struggle with keeping consistent with the 7 day option so starting small and resetting if needed is the goal here.
